Ugh!!

I guess i was one of the lucky ones because i never even got the food. I purchased a groupon and the next day tried to use and redeem it...with no luck. so, i go to contact the company...i can not find a phone number any where on the site, maybe its user error? IDK. so i try the whole process again, multiple ways, every two weeks for 3 MONTHS!! nothing, got absolutely nothing.oh yeah, i also e-mailed them at least 4 times, luckily groupon was able to refund me. next time i will review more of what i purchase on groupon, i am also putting a complaint/bad review on groupon so hopefully people do not make the mistake that i did.

Mike Naples honestly the first 4 days my friend and I thought everything was great. The food was delicious. We anxiously awaited but that soon stopped. The foods started to repeat and REPEAT! when we called they said that they had over “5000 menu selections/options that the kitchen can prepare”. we didn’t get 5000 we got the same 5. It honestly was so disrespectful to have a salad that was wilted and soggy served up and called a meal. Mike rarely answered any of our emails/calls. We even called the number on the bottom of menu to speak to the nutritionist who was very nice, but Joe who sold us the deal, said the nutritionist would follow up on us ever so often but never happened. meal received was improperly labeled one time with different customer name. they delivered weekend meals on friday and when we got to Sunday salads were disgusting. We were so pissed we even have pictures. Containers broken in the bag. We got so frustrated we stopped “complaining”. Expensive and awful why didn’t we read the reviews. NEVER EVER would we recommend! Thanx Mike.

My contact person frank , is a phony , my meals are given also off less food,mostly, no food at times, no receipt, living food in wrong spot. *** constantly the stress is not worth it.

I been with them much to long . Need to speak to someone.

Mike naples should be shut down

When I was 25, I worked for mike naples for a couple of weeks. I've had my fair share of bad jobs before, this was one of the worst and I used to wake up at 5 a.m. for construction. To make a long story short, ol mike shorted me $50 on my last paycheck over a delivery issue. I can totally understand firing someone over incompetence, but you pay them what you owe them. That's it. But ol mike thinks its cool to be judge, jury and executioner (financially speaking I hope). I had to take the *** to small claims court, he didn't show and I won and I didn't even need a shred of evidence. The Sheriffs Dept. literally had to go there after almost a year went by and physically demand that naples pay up or get shut down. Over 50 bucks. And before the sheriffs intervention when the judge decided in my favor, he actually called me up telling me to come down to the store and try to take my money from him, and that I was a "***" for not going. This is after I made it a legal matter with NYS court. He also called me a "***" for what I was doing and that he could have me and my co-workers audited by the IRS for not filing a 1099 with zone delivery usa. mike naples and his brother matt are manipulative *** that do not deserve to do business in America and I'm astounded that they are still around. Maybe its a dirty storefront.....

Ignore peoples allergies

I have been using Zone delivery for a few months.The salesman by the name of Joe signed me up and I told him verbally and via e-mail I am allergic to olives after getting olives in my food for the 3rd time I sent an email to cancel but he promised it would never happen again well guess what? It did I sent him an email stating I want a refund by the end of the day no return email or call.I can assure you for sales they come running .It cost me a 1/2 days trip to the dr. Stay away

Zone Delivery USA: Mike Naples Unstable

I was promised a non dairy meal delivery and received improper labled food that contain dairy. Upon complaint Mike would not confirm or apologize for this error and then months later charged my credit card $321.83 for three days of meals. After months of going back and forth with Mike he promised a partial refund that never occurred. Mike has been rude and at times appears to be an unstable person. Please do not order from this company. There are many other companies that will provide professional services and better meals. Mike Naples should not be allowed to be in business.

Mike Naples owner of The Zonedelivery service

I have never dealt with anyone as rude as Mike Naples. Last night I signed up for the program. This afternoon my husband was quite upset with me for doing this since we are not in the best financial situation at this moment. When I started to write him on chat conversations I didn't believe what I was reading as he answered me. By accident I left off (2) digits of my credit card. His reaction was that I did this on purpose and am a cheat and a liar and wanted to cancel the program anyways. I was so shocked by his disgusting manner of writing and later my phone call with him who would imagine he is the owner? Who would treat a client this way? I felt violated there wasn't anyone I could call and report him to. Obviously there are other people that have had this experience with him. I hope before anyone makes a call to Mike that they take the time to do a little research on him. I am so happy that by accident I forgot the 2 digits. He is a horrible owner, and judging from the other reviews it seems the food isn't that great either.

Boy, you have an odd definition of being "violated." Perhaps you meant you were "verbally abused?" In any event, at least you inadvertently came away to the good by not providing a valid credit card number. And, by the way you would NOT have been happy with the "stuff" that would have been delivered.

The zone delivery USA is terrible buyer beware. Rude unprofessional derogatory, and that's just describing the owner. Don't be surprised if this place goes under. Do not trust the website the owner is the only person who answers customers from his blackberry. If you are looking to have meals prepared and sent to your home, this is not it. Stay away and save yourself the hassle and almost harassing emails that they respond with. My opinion give them another year and they will be belly up. Do not again do not bother there are plenty more meal options available

Brenda, I just checked our records and you were never a customer of ours, why would you write a comment bashing us and promoting Zen foods, oh that's right, you work for Zen foods, you really shouldn't post comments like this, it spoils the internet to where no one believes anything on the internet, maybe you are dating a french model as so in the State Farm commercial. Agreed - in the middle of having a HORRIBLE experience myself right now. Rude, unprofessional and terrible food to boot.

AND they only post their phone # in letters, which doesn't mean anything on a Bberry - but if it's the same person answering the phone that sends emails - I'm out of luck anyway.

STAY AWAY!! Zen foods is way better - actually every meal delivery service I have tried has had better customer service.

Total Fraud Disgusting Service and Food

This place is disgusting. The food was fuzzy and moldy. I have severe food allergies and they sent me food with both gluten and dairy. I tried to cancel after a week and they refused. They claimed no refunds Ever even when this wasn't clear when I signed up. The food was absolutely inedible all mayonnaise and cream. Reminded me of hospital food. Mike the owner sent me about 20 emails screaming at me, calling me a liar, refusing to refund my money. It was a horrible experience and I'm almost in trauma because of it. I've never been treated this way as a consumer. Anyone who treats their customers that way and does anything to steal their money is clearly a sick person.

It seems we are being attacked by one of our competitors, there have been a number of reviews recently trying to portray us in a negative light, it is ironic that all these reviews seem to be from different people, however, all are from around the same day.

Disregard my last comment. I was confused about which delivery service this was. Have not used this one actually. Wrong company. Will post this on the correct company review page. Just similar names. Looking forward to finding a delivery service company! If anyone can recommend to me a good delivery service I would really appreciate it. Looking forward to trying this type of service with a good quality food service. Thanks for all the great reviews on this site. obviously Zone has family writing in to support their food and try to trick you into a dreadful diet program. the food is tasteless, bland and very boring in choice (and I signed up with Joe/Kay for the premium package).I tried to cancel after the initial agreement, but they now claim they needed 5 days notice. they are as honorable as their wretched tasting food.

I really need to express my opinion about Zone Delivery USA, this company has given me my life back, this company is the best company I have ever dealt with. Let me tell you a story that I must tell, I was severly overweight when I came to Zone Delivery USA, I spoke to Mike the owner and Joe and they were the most helpful individuals I have ever worked with, they helped me set up my program, they understood my food preferences and what I was going through.

The program began and I was overwhelmed with how great the food tasted, the food was so much better then what I expected and for the next three months I lost more weight then I could have imagined when I started, my knees don\'t hurt as much as they did and I am getting around better then I have been in the past number of years.

I would recommend this program to anybody and would be willing to talk to anyone if they would like to speak with someone who has experince one of the best experiences of their lives. Thank you Zone Delivery USA, thank you Mike, thank you Joe, sign up with Zone Delivery USA, you won\'t regret it.

The quality of the food from Zone Delivery USA is horrible. The meals are made from cheap ingredients that look like something I could make in 5 minutes in my tiny kitchen.

I tried to cancel the first time I saw any of the meals, but they refused to refund me anything, insisting I pay for the entire 31 days.

My coworker is on Zone Manhattan and not only is the food much much better, but they offer a reasonable cancellation policy if you are not satisfied with the product. Do not use Zone Delivery Manhattan; it seems more like a scam then a food delivery service.

Zone Delivery USA is the best diet delivery servicce around, I had nothing but the best experience with this company, the people were great, the food was great, the service was great and I lost 30 pounds, I would recommend Zone Delivery USA to anybody, I don't know what this person was talking about, maybe they confused services, however, zone delivery usa was the best and I have been on other services.
